How can I receive my leads?

All our contractor leads are generated according to your specifications. As leads are generated in your selected areas for your selected products each lead will then be charged to your account and sent via email. You may also request leads to be faxed to one number if you so desire. You receive your leads immediately after they are generated.

What do your leads cost?

Our charge per lead depends on the job type.

How do I pay for my leads?

WCVLeads accepts all major credit cards.

Do you have a credit back policy?

Yes. The list below is what we consider to be bad leads

1. Bad contact information (i.e. invalid phone number)
2. Duplicate lead
3. Relative or child filled out form without homeowner's knowledge.
4. The prospect does not speak English or does not reside in the USA.
5. The prospect is a renter or currently does not own the property.
6. The individual is a do it yourselfer and just wants material to perform the work.
7. Repair (glass only)

All bad leads must be reported within 20 business days. With the exception of leads already sold by another company and leads with bad contact information. These leads must be reported within 5 days of receiving the lead.

In case of a bad lead how am I refunded?

Bad leads are reviewed and refunded on a case by base basis. Once a lead has been determined as bad by WCVLeads you will be refunded by crediting your account.
